3 Day - 1 hr Courses

1pm Vibing with Vowels for 6 and 7 year olds at 1.00pm

2pm Times Tables Tricks for 8 and 9 year olds

3pm Let's Read & Understand for 9 and 10 year olds

06/08, 07/08 and 09/08 2024

Set in a pit crew of 4 learners, with a specialist SpLD Literacy and Dyscalculia teacher,

each child will get to:

• learn or rediscover concepts through 'hands on' activities
• record their findings to help recall what they learned
• learn tools to recall concepts instead of rote learning
• revise what they learned from the previous day, using their recall tools
• and take home tools and resources to practice.

After the completion of the 3-day course, each child will recieve a certificate of their achievement. Parents will also have the opportunity to have a 10-minute phone meeting with the teacher to de-brief and discuss how they can support their child's learning and memory skills.

Hello!

I'm Aisha and I'm an accredited and experienced specialist Literacy Specific Learning Difficulties Teacher who has worked with children in South, West and North London.

I usually provide Literacy and Maths interventions, tutor online or person and provide support to parents of children with learning difficulties. I also work with learners who just need to fulfill gaps in their Literacy, Maths and 11+ skills.

I created these short courses for children to learn or review concepts in an interactive and multisensory way. There will only be 4 learners for each course, so each child can recieve further support during their sessions. Parents will also get to have a short debrief phone meeting with me, once the course is complete.
